| How to Teach your Kid to Organize his Waiting Room Toys | ||||||||||||||
One of the types of toys that your kid is rich on are waiting room toys and just like his other toys they too are all around the house. So how do you deal with all this clutter stress? Fortunately there are ways you can do to organize his toys like his waiting room toys so that they do not make the house look untidy. First you have to buy your kid a nice GuideCraft Toy Chest or toy drawers. It’s a good idea to opt for those that have visually attractive prints and color to encourage your kid to clean up his waiting room toys. If his toy chest looks fun, he’ll feel that putting away his toys are part of the game and not a tedious chore which a boring plain toy chest would probably make him feel. Second tip is to encourage imaginative play while putting away his Deluxe City Bead Fun. Let him pretend to be a pretend to be a pirate stashing away his gold treasures or a superhero keeping his weapons in a secret hideaway. This tip will also make him enjoy clearing up his waiting room toys instead of an errand that you require him to do. Third, organize his waiting room toys according to the kind or to the ones he mostly uses. If you’re going to put his toys in the toy cabinet, put the toys he uses mostly in the drawer that is most accessible to him. You can also put the waiting room toys like his Wooden Play Sets - A Day On The Farm together in one drawer or one toy chest so it’s for him to find them. Having your kid see that organizing his toys makes it easier for him to find them will encourage him proper organizational skills that he will later benefit from when he grows up. Fourth, teach him the value of clearing up his toys. If his favourite toy breaks apart because he has accidentally stepped on it because it has been lying around on the floor, make him realize that it wouldn’t have happened if he puts away his Anatex Classic Toys. Take advantage of situations like those and turn them into lesson learning experiences for your child by enlightening him on the value of keeping his toys after playing. Fifth, set a good example. You can’t expect your kid to keep his things in order when your things are all over the place too. By showing him that you are neat with your things, it would be easier for him to do the same because he looks up to you. Your kid may be too young to understand how proper organizational skills would help him when he becomes an adult. But he’s never too young to learn how to put away and organize his toys. |
